Pole Barn Builders
Pole buildings have been used in many places in Maryland for storage purposes and even as horse stables. Since our entry into the pole barn building industry, our focus has been in designing and building pole barns that offer convenience and affordability to the users.
Our experience in pole barn construction enables us to give you some of the best structures in Maryland. We do not just offer one type of pole barn, but rather options including garages, agricultural structures, equestrian buildings, and commercial barns. Some of our clients have an idea of what they need in barn homes. For such customers, we invite them to look at the sizes and designs we offer.
Realizing the different tastes and preferences of our customers, we stock both standard models and custom pole buildings at affordable prices. Our team of barn builders have developed expertise through training and can create custom environments for any use. We can help you to craft custom shapes and sizes to match the unique needs of your projects.
Our Pole Building Process
Our construction process for your pole building in Maryland is a bit complex, but we simplify it to meet our customers needs. For us to start the building process, you need to measure and dig out a plot of land which is a little bigger than what you need for the pole building. We ship all materials from our warehouse to your venue so that everything can be within reach before we start the process.
Before putting the pole building frame, we dig holes for the posts, reinforce them, and then put foundation poles to the ground. When it comes to your pole barn homes, we are very flexible. We work with a variety of styles including wooden and metal barns. We include metal siding, windows, and even door treatments according to your preferences.
In Maryland, one of the challenges barn home builders face is convincing local officials to approve their designs. In our company, we overcome this by submitting many plans to the county building inspector to enhance chances of approval. In our network of partners, we have engineers whom we collaborate with to help us in assembling plans for you.
One of our goals in pole barn construction is fast and quality work. From start to finish, the entire process can take just a few weeks. We concentrate on longevity and durability of every barn home construction we do.
Our Building Options
For you to make the most out of your new pole building, we offer a variety of options. You can upgrade to any of these designs to set your building apart and enhance its appearance. Some of the options we have include:
Dormers, Cupolas, Sidelights and Skylights
Installing a cupola distinguishes your building and adds both character and appeal. The cupolas we have come in a wide range of colors and add ample ventilation. Dormers on the other hand add visual interest, increase light, ventilation, and height to attics. They are available in lots of sizes for you to choose from. If you need more natural in your horse stables, consider sidelights and skylights.
Eave and Roof Truss
We have several options you can choose from when it comes to roof trusses and eaves. Our standard roof trusses measure 4/12 pitch, but we have a variety including carriage style, gambrel attic, standard attic, and scissor.
If having solid color metal pole barns doesn’t go well with you, you can break up by installing a 3 or 4-inch-high panel of contrasting color on the sidewalls of your building. This especially works well along the bottom perimeter. It will aesthetically enhance the appearance of your new building.
Overhead Garage and Sliding Track Doors
Our overhead garage doors are available as an option when building both standard and custom barns in Maryland. We include Torsion Bars when constructing for residential and commercial use.
Windows and Ventilation
The windows we offer come in a variety of sizes and styles. We have aluminum sliders with screens and single pane insulated. Even if your storage barns already have dormers and cupolas, we can include ridge vents and gamble vents for added ventilation.
